About Us

Dr. Haughey obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology at Christian Brothers University and then went on to graduate from dental school from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in Memphis in 2016. He has been serving our area with dental care ever since then. He periodically takes continuing education courses throughout the year to ensure his knowledge is up to date to provide the highest level of care for his patients. Dr. Haughey is dedicated to providing quality, honest dental care to each of his patients.

Dr. Haughey is married to Allie Haughey, and they have a nine-year-old daughter, Avery.

Every so often Dr. Haughey runs medical/dental clinics outside of the United States, both in Bogota Colombia and Kenya Africa.

Shanda graduated from the Arkansas Dental Assisting Academy in 2006 and joined the Trumann Family Dental team shortly after. One of her favorite things is seeing how happy patients are after they have been helped. Shanda handles the financial plans, phone calls, and overall ensures the office runs smoothly. Shanda is grateful to work for such a kind and generous doctor. She loves her team and could not ask for a better group of girls to work beside!

Shanda has one daughter, Alexis, who also works in the dental field. In her spare time, she loves going to the lake on the weekends and working out at boot camp.

Vanessa graduated from Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy in 2012 and has been a part of the Trumann Family Dental team ever since! She loves the atmosphere in the office and how everyone on the team treats each other like family. She is a team player and strives to keep a smile on everyone’s faces. She even brings in her aunt’s delicious cupcakes from time to time!

Vanessa has been married to her husband, Titus, for 11 years, and they have three children: Jaylen, Jade and Qualenta. Some of her favorite things to do are cooking and singing.

Candace graduated from Concorde Career College then joined the Trumann Family Dental team in August of 2022. She loves being a dental hygienist and the people she gets to work with. Candace tries her best every single day and is always happy to help wherever it is needed. She values her patients and always gives them the best care possible.

Candace is married to her husband, Chase, and they have an eight-year-old daughter, Maddie and a blue heeler named Waylon. In her free time, she loves going to Greers Ferry Lake with her family and doing karaoke with her daughter.

Melissa graduated from the Arkansas Dental Assisting Academy. She joined our practice in June of 2020 and loves the great coworkers and doctor she gets to work with. Her favorite part of her job is making patients feel more confident in their smile. She makes the patients’ experience her priority and will do everything she can to make sure they are comfortable.

Melissa has a son, Hayden, and a daughter, Bailee. She enjoys outdoor activities and catching Cardinal’s games.

Linley graduated from the Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy and joined our practice in 2022. She loves her job because she gets to see different things and new faces every day. She loves helping others and being a team player. Outside of the office, she enjoys going to the lake.
